We are dedicated to the wellbeing of all animals, so if you find sick or injured native wildlife in Sydney’s Inner West, we can assist with emergency care and ensure a local wildlife carer takes it from there.
You’ll find a variety of prescription food products and parasite-prevention products in reception, or you can pre-order online and we’ll let you know when it’s ready for pickup.
Native Wildlife Care
We are dedicated to the wellbeing of all animals, so if you find sick or injured native wildlife in Sydney’s Inner West, we can assist with free emergency care during opening hours and ensure the patient is transferred to the care of a registered wildlife carer.

Prescription Food & Preventatives
You’ll find a variety of prescription food products and parasite-prevention products in reception. Pop in any time during opening hours to stock up on your pet’s favourite staples or pre-order using our online form.
We also offer parasite preventatives to keep your pet protected against fleas and ticks. Talk to the team if you are unsure of what product best suits your pet.
