Prescription Medication Refill Request

Medical prescription refills can be requested below. Our ability to fulfil this request is dependent on your pet’s current medical condition and the time elapsed since your last visit to us. Our team will contact you to advise if a revisit is required before medications can be dispensed. If you need immediate assistance, please call us directly at (02) 9716 0207.

Prescription refills are available to current patients and clients of the Croydon Park Veterinary Clinic covered by existing prescriptions. Refills will be unable to be supplied if a revisit is required, we will contact you to advise if your pet is overdue for a visit.
